As a crewing and manning agency, we always maintain qualified hard working and honest crew for the immediate requirements for our Principal for different type of vessels. In the selection of deck/engine crew to be hired, we give first considerations on the criteria or the qualifications that our principal suggest, then we will apply the standard procedures in the selections of the crew compliment by complying the STCW 95.
In the selection of qualified applicants, we also check their records from their previous company if they have good performance or blacklisted. Our Staff are efficient and developed a good relationship with all government agencies; likewise, they also maintain a good harmony with our officers and crews. They are well experienced in checking the personal background of the applicants, analyzing their behavior and attitude and checking other necessary documents before sending to the Crewing Manager for final interview.
